Problem
Nursing students needed a way to practice asking appropriate questions in realistic clinical scenarios. The training platform lacked a structured but flexible way to simulate conversations with patients that felt human and meaningful. This problem was discovered during usability testing and needed attention. Also, 25% of the users who performed the usability test did not open the chat. They assumed the button meant the patient was active in the room.
